A robust application, the PSS Document Imaging System provides a means of Web-enabling relevant documents - including Bills of Lading, Transportation Orders and more - for any order so that customers can easily and quickly reference those documents online 24/7.

Miles Technologies, working with parameters determined by PSS, designed a custom integration module that selects all relevant customer and order data from PSS Warehouse’s order tracking system. The PSS user community can utilize the PSS Document Imaging System to scan, in all relevant order, documents from as early as a previous day. The system sends a list of Web links for each order back to the order tracking system, where they can be seamlessly and effectively accessed by PSS customers. The PSS customers then log into the Order Tracking System, navigate to their order details, and open a link to those documents stored in our system.
